The Lenoir County Shrine Club, Annual Fish Fry, is scheduled for Wednesday, October 12, 2011. Four sites have been procured in Lenoir County for eat-in or take out. The sites are Kinston Plaza, Lenoir County Shrine Club, Old Massey Motors on Vernon Avenue, and Food Lion in Pink Hill. Please be reminded that all proceeds from our Annual Fish Fry are for the benefit of Shriners Hospitals for Children. This is a very worthy cause and I solicit each of you to support our club fundraiser for the children who need our help. Tickets are available from Shrine Club members but it is not necessary to have a ticket to purchase a plate. The general public are invited to stop at any of our designated locations to purchase plates directly. Remember, supporting the Lenoir County Shrine Club is directly helping a needy child. Thanks for your support and we hope to see you on October 12, 2011. Please contact Noble Mark Keene, (252) 559-0480, if you would like information included in our monthly newsletter. Any information should be made available before our monthly Board Meeting. Please contact Noble Jimmy Koonce, (252) 939-6764 for help in scheduling events at the Shrine Club.
Remember no man ever stood so tall as when he stoops to help a crippled child!
